Reading all the amazing reviews I decided to book my appointment in Ipswich with Alex. When I arrived at the salon I... was told that he is not working here anymore. I think I understood when she was using her hands to tell me. Lots of people were there including running children around. I felt like someone cut my hair in the street. Chair was so low, so I couldn't see myself in the mirror. She used dirty brushes to do my hair. She couldn't speak English. I asked her to do bob , she said trim Yes? I said no bob. Then she cut my hair. I want her to shorten my front hair, she cut at the back instead! and then she laughed. Really? All the time she was talking to other people in different languages, not concentrating on what she was doing. I have to go to another hairdresser to fix all the mess that she made! I will not use this salon ever again. I was shocked!read more

Seana has been looking after my hair from first visit which she made me feel so welcome and well looked after too!... Every single time when I leave salon I feel SO EXCITED about my hair! And my partner loves it too!! He notices them every single time😍💇♀️💆♀️ ! I actually never been so inlove with my new platinum hair. She cuts, tonnes, bleaches my hair with lots of care. Had an amazing experience with Seanna, I had over bleached hair, it made me feel rubbish and hair felt lifeless, popped... into the salon and spoke with Seanna about going dark with ash tones. The very next day I had it done.
My hair feels amazing it looks so healthy and bouncy I am over the moon. What a transformation. Thank you Seanna you are brilliant and great customer service. Super happy. And thank you for suggesting Nashi hair products I’m in love with them.read more

This was my first time at Salon Central and Purity was absolutely amazing! I hadn't had my VERY THICK and long hair... highlighted in over a year and she spent literally all day making it perfect! Honestly was great service and my hair looks great!

got my daughter's hair done here today and last year. very friendly staff and quick service. great with kids. only... negative was I has a 20% off all services text message. when I shew it to staff today was told was only for over £40 spent. so offers should be more understood as didn't state that.read more

As a very anxious person who NEVER goes to the hair dressers I can honestly say, I was welcomed in and looked after... very well. Very polite and caring staff and amazing at hair! Went today for a full head of highlights & I Have to say the girls were amazing � my hair is very thick and at one... point I had two girls putting my foils in but they were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable � I don’t normally do salons but I’m coming back tomorrow to have my daughters hair done..
